The Advertiser Terms describes the terms applicable to all users using eescreen.com service for advertising purposes. These Terms are additional rules for the General Terms, so both are applicable to Advertisers. By uploading and submitting any advertisement material for any screen (even for your own), you become Advertiser, even payment is not done.
As an Advertiser you agree to these additional Advertiser Terms on top of our General Terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
You are fully responsible for the content you upload as advertisement. If there are legal disputes of the content you have uploaded, you are held responsible for it, like claims relating any legal rights. It is prohibited to upload content which is illegal, pornographic, violent, racist, offending, harassing, or otherwise not decent content. If you are not sure if your advertisement is appropriate, do not upload it.
If your advertisement is related to any other person, company or other legal entity, you must have all needed permissions to upload the content as a running advertisement. You have all responsibilities related to possible problems and risks to content that can be associated with other persons, companies or other legal entities.
Our payments are handled using Stripe payment service. If you are VAT eligible and want to claim your VAT eligibility, you need Stripe account. You can create Stripe account from your account page and connect it to your eeScreen account. If you have Stripe account, it can be connected to your eeScreen account from your account page.
Before you make payments related to your advertisements, you agree and understand that Screen Owner is solely responsible for any possible refund, not us. We strongly recommend you to check screen description, location, possible photo and reviews, before making payment. If you notice any fraudulent activity, contact us immediately.
Your payment is done after Screen Owner approves your advertisement content. Stripe is holding your payment (escrow) few days before sending it to Screen owner. During that period, refund might be possible from eeScreen service.
Feedback from advertisers is essential part of eeScreen's rating system, and given only by real advertisers. We encourage advertisers to leave feedback after your campaign has ended.
You agree to give only truthful feedback and not to intentionally misuse the feedback system to affect screen rating for your own purposes. Feedback is publicly displayed, so you agree and understand our content related Terms when submitting your feedback. Advertisers are encouraged to contact us in a problem situation to solve them, instead of writing vicious rants as a feedback.
